Ingredients
Mango Lassi
2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup mango puree
Cardamom Lassi
2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
Rose Lassi
2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons natural rose compound
(rose syrup added to each glass for garnish)

Method
For each lassi, add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately
Chef's Quote
To make life a little easier at Lassi, we start all of our lassi recipes with
the same amount of yogurt. We use a low-fat yogurt---the flavor seems
to good well by us with anything we add to it.
You can add ice to the blender as well.
