A Perfect Gift for Your Father for this Grilling Season
NAC Celebrity Chef's Recommended Essential Asian Grilling Tools
|
“ My favorite tool is a humble pair of tongs that allows you to turn the meat or to check its doneness.”
- Carol Selva Rajah
|

|
"For grilling large pieces of meat, a pair of tongs are essential. For more delicate items, like fish and seafood, I prefer using a pair of Global Utility Tongs, which are more like large 12" long tweezers.”
- King Phojanakong |

Lemongrass is extremely fibrous and provides a zesty lemon flavor. It stimulates digestion and has been used in Chinese medicine for flu, colds, headaches, arthritis and abdominal pains. Program Synopsis
It’s a little known fact that there are actually three times as many Chinese restaurants in America than McDonald’s franchises. Thanks to this fascinating statistic, however, many Americans still equate Asian cuisine as a whole with greasy Chinese take-out. In the new cookbook New Asian Cuisine; Fabulous Recipes from Celebrity Chefs, Professor Michael Pardus, creator of the Asian Food Pyramid, discusses the healthy aspects of the Asian diet for the "uninitiated" and shares examples of traditional Asian ingredients with their Western counterparts. Please join our panel of distinguished food experts as they discuss the healthy aspects of Asian cuisine within the context of its rising popularity.
