AGUA DE JAMAICA

Ingredients
4 cups Dried Jamaica (hibiscuis) flowers (available in any latin store)
8 qts water
2 cups sugar
1 cup grated ginger

Method
Mix the water and the jamaica flowers together. Bring the mixture to a boil. Turn off the heat. Add the sugar and the ginger, let it sit for about 15 mins. Strain. Let it cool down (don't cool it with ice as it dilutes the flavors).
