PEACH SAKE JULEP

Ingredients
1 fresh peach, cut into ½ -inch cubes
1 sprig fresh mint
Peach-infused sake, dry (like kira or ozeki)
Sugar
Citrus vodka
Fresh limes, wedged |
Note:
In case you don't have infused sake on hand: In a mixing glass, muddle six pieces of ripe peach with 1 teaspoon of sugar. Add 1 ounces of sake. Add ice. Shake well.
Method:
Reserve in a clean mixing glass, take mint(7 pieces) and muddle sounds hard but just use a wooden spoon and mash the mint to release the oils. Add the sake, 1 ounce of citrus vodka and the juice of one lime. Shake. Pour over ice in a Collins glass. Add remaining pieces of peach and garnish with a peach wedge and a mint sprig.
