Ingredients

Fresh strawberries and kiwi
Sugar
2 ounces sake
Splash of Triple Sec
1 ounce champagne

Method

Muddle one slice of kiwi and one strawberry with sugar. Add sake and shake. Add Triple Sec and ice. Shake again. Pour with ice into a glass, top with champagne. Garnish with kiwi and strawberries.
